TRG Flow

Shopify SEO + AEO + CRO · YouTube Funnel · Canadian-Made

3.8x more orders, and conversion held while traffic tripled.

TRG Flow is a Canadian maker of flow ropes with a strong YouTube following and a Shopify store that wasn't converting the audience. We optimized the store end to end and built a content funnel connecting the channel to the store. Here is what actually moved, with the basis for every number.

TRG Flow makes flow ropes in Canada and had built a real YouTube following. The store just wasn’t converting that audience. Between May 29 and June 16, 2026, we shipped four changes: meta and JSON-LD fixes with redirect cleanup, a set of AEO guide pages with schema, a full CRO pass on the theme, and a content funnel connecting the YouTube channel to the store. Here is what moved, and the basis for every figure. We publish growth as multiples here, not dollar figures, out of respect for a small business’s right to keep its own revenue scale private.

The numbers

Comparing the seven months before the work (November 2025 through May 2026) to the three months after (June through August 2026), all pulled from Shopify’s own sales data, Google Search Console, and GA4:

  • Monthly revenue grew 4.6x.
  • Monthly orders grew 3.8x.
  • Average order value grew 1.2x.
  • Search Console clicks per day grew 3.4x, from 2.7 in March to 9.2 in August.
  • Search Console impressions grew 2.6x month over month, from 2,720 to 7,172.
  • Organic sessions grew 3.5x month over month, from 113 to 398, per GA4.

The line that matters most

Organic sessions grew 3.5x. Orders grew 3.8x. Conversion did not dilute while traffic tripled, it held. That almost never happens on its own: tripling traffic usually pulls in a less-qualified mix and the conversion rate drops. The CRO pass on the theme, shipped in the same window as the search work, is why it didn’t.

The three things we want you to know before you trust the numbers above

We are not counting a two-day spike. TRG Flow’s YouTube channel went viral on August 24-25, 2026: 15,779 impressions in two days, and it produced zero revenue and zero orders. That traffic was curious, not buying. It is excluded from every figure on this page. If we had left it in, August would look better than it is.

TRG Flow already showed up on Google before we started. The store had existing search presence for its main terms when this engagement began. We are not claiming a standing start, and we would say the same thing about any client: comparing against a store with zero prior visibility is a different, easier story than this one.

The 4.6x revenue figure is the conservative read, and here is why. The seven-month “before” window includes two months with zero sales. Counting only the five months with activity would produce a 5.1x multiple, a bigger number. We used the full seven-month average instead, because a client’s real before-period includes its slow months, and picking the flattering subset is not how we want to earn trust in a number.

We measure what we ship. Changes #47, #48, #49, and #121 are logged with before and after state in our own tracking system, the same discipline behind every figure on this page.
