Amazon Agency for Canadian Sellers
Your whole Amazon account, run for one flat monthly fee.
SyncSpark is an Amazon agency for Canadian sellers. We set up your products and store in any Amazon marketplace, from Amazon.ca to Amazon.com and beyond. We write listings that get found, run ads that are held to each product's break-even, and give you reporting Seller Central doesn't. You pay a flat monthly fee, never a cut of your ad spend, quoted after a free review.
Sound familiar?
Three questions most Amazon sellers can't answer.
Can your current help list a product, but not tell you why a competitor outsells you?
Listing a product is the easy part. Knowing who is taking your sales, product by product, takes reporting most sellers never set up.
Are your ads judged by one blended number?
One average can hide a campaign losing money behind one making it. We check every product line against its own break-even, so you know which ads earn and which don't.
Do you know your Best Seller Rank trend, or only what it was the day you checked?
A slipping rank is often the first sign of a problem, weeks before sales clearly drop. We track it over time, not once in a while.
What's included
Everything on Amazon, except the boxes and the camera.
We handle the work that decides whether shoppers find you and buy. You keep the parts you already control: your stock, your shipping, and your photos.
Product and store setup, any marketplace
New products, size and colour families, category data, and your Brand Store. On Amazon.ca, Amazon.com, or the next region you want to sell in, built so you are not starting over in each one.
Listings that get found
Titles, bullets, hidden search terms, size charts, and the category details Amazon uses to decide who sees your product. Built from the photos and video you already have.
Ads that pay for themselves
Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display. Every product line is held to its own break-even, the point where an ad sale stops making you money.
Reporting you can't easily get
Your real sales next to ad sales, Best Seller Rank over time, how much of the search you are actually showing up for, and who is winning against you, product by product.
Ongoing management
A set weekly and monthly routine, not a one-time fix. Amazon changes all the time, so someone has to keep watching.
Not part of what we do
- Warehousing, shipping, and getting stock into Amazon's warehouses
- Product photography and video
- Design and creative content
A clear line means you always know who owns what, and you never pay us to manage a warehouse.
Client work
Walking Pi: from Amazon.ca to Amazon.com.
Walking Pi makes waterproof shoes and rainwear for kids, and sells on Amazon.ca. We run their Amazon account: listings, ads, and reporting.
When they were ready to sell in the US, we set up their catalogue on Amazon.com, brought their Brand Store over, and added size charts for their shoes and rain jackets. Then we turned on US ads one product line at a time, only once that line's stock had reached Amazon's US warehouses, so no ad ever sent a shopper to a size that couldn't ship.
In both countries, every product line's ads are checked against its own break-even. Walking Pi can see which campaigns make money and which don't, instead of one blended number.

$150 per product
Fixed price. Ten product minimum. Up to ten sizes or colours per product, larger families quoted after a look.
We build or rebuild each listing: title, bullets, search terms, size and colour variations, and the category data Amazon uses to decide where your product shows up. Launching on Amazon.com from Canada is the same price, built for the US catalogue. You get the price in writing before we start, and everything we build stays in your account.

Questions
What Amazon sellers ask us.
What is an Amazon account management service?
It is outside help that runs the parts of your Amazon seller account that move sales: setting up products, writing listings, running ads, and reporting on what is working. At SyncSpark that covers any Amazon marketplace, from Amazon.ca to Amazon.com and beyond. It does not include shipping, warehousing, or photography, which you keep control of.
How much does an Amazon agency charge?
Published agency price guides list monthly fees from about US$1,000 for basic ad management to US$7,500 or more for full service, and some agencies charge 10% to 20% of your ad spend instead. SyncSpark charges a flat monthly fee, never a percentage of ad spend, quoted after a free review of your account. A catalogue build is CA$150 per product, with a ten product minimum.
How much does Amazon take from a $100 sale?
In most categories Amazon's referral fee is 8% to 15% of the sale price, so about $8 to $15 on a $100 sale, according to Amazon.ca's seller pricing page. Some categories charge more. If Amazon ships the order for you through FBA, a fulfilment fee based on size and weight is added, and a Professional seller account costs CA$29.99 a month.
Which Amazon account management services are the best?
The best one is the one that fits how you sell. Ask three things: do they charge a flat fee or a cut of your ad spend, who actually does the work each week, and will they show you which ads make money against your own break-even. A flat fee matters because a percentage of ad spend pays the agency more when you spend more, whether or not it earns you anything.
What does an Amazon consultant do?
An Amazon consultant runs the parts of a seller account that move sales and rank: product setup, listing content, ads, and reporting. Good ones also expand you into new marketplaces without rebuilding your catalogue each time. The work is ongoing, because Amazon's search results and ad prices shift week to week.
Is Amazon PPC worth it?
Usually yes, if each ad is held to a number. PPC (pay-per-click) ads get a new or buried product seen, but an ad that costs more than the product earns just loses money faster. We set a break-even for every product line, raise spend where ads clear it, and cut where they don't.
