Four service tiers, locked and priced. Custom Website Build from $3,000 for new sites. SEO + AEO Optimization from $2,500 for existing sites that need to be found. The Strategic Visibility Brief at $500 per month tells you what to ship next, every month. Active Management at $1,200 per month ships the work for you. Above $5,000 or ecommerce, we scope custom on a discovery call.
The Strategic Visibility Brief is the core artifact. It grades your site, names the gaps, and prescribes 3 to 5 specific actions to ship that month. Every project we run, every retainer we hold, comes back to that brief. It is how we keep ourselves honest and how we keep clients moving.
The studio
We build the tools that power the agency work.
The other half of SyncSpark is a software studio. We build internal tooling that the agency runs on, then ship the parts that hold up as products. The studio lives at syncspark.app.
The agency benefits because we eat our own cooking. Every workflow we use to deliver the Strategic Visibility Brief, every AI web chat we ship to a client, every voice agent we configure, was first run against our own work. If it does not hold up here, it does not go to a client.
The founder
Ian Chang, Vancouver.
Ian spent 20 years in product and operations roles before starting SyncSpark in 2025. He shipped consumer products, ran cross-functional teams, and learned the difference between work that compounds and work that fills the calendar.
SyncSpark is the answer to a specific question: what does a senior operator look like with the current generation of AI tools as leverage? The agency is one founder paying close attention to every engagement, plus the throughput that modern tooling makes possible. Clients get the senior judgment they would expect from a partner at a larger firm, without the layers in between.
