Stay visible as Google, ChatGPT, and Perplexity keep changing.
A one-time audit tells you what is broken today. This keeps you visible as your competitors publish, as AI engines update, and as search behavior shifts week by week.
Why monthly, not one-time
Rankings move weekly. AI answers shift daily.
The AEO and SEO landscape in 2026 is what SEO looked like in 2003: early, unstable, and rewarding the businesses that pay attention week by week.
Google AI Overviews change the answer layout constantly. A query that cited you last week may cite a competitor this week.
ChatGPT and Perplexity pull from different sources on different days. Being cited is not a one-time event.
Your competitors publish new content, update schema, and rewrite product pages. Your visibility erodes if you don't.
Google's core updates ship every few weeks. A page that ranked last month can drop ten positions overnight.
AI-generated pages flood your category. Without fresh, entity-rich content, you become invisible to both Google and AI assistants.
Two tiers
Pick the level of ownership you need.
If you have an internal team and just need eyes on the data, start with Monitoring. If you want us to own the content and technical work, go Active.
AI Search Monitoring
$500/month
3 month minimum. No content production.
- Weekly Google Search Console review: impressions, clicks, query movement
- Weekly GA4 review: organic sessions, landing page performance, conversion drops
- AI answer citation tracking across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews
- Monthly one-page digest: what moved, where you are cited, what is at risk
- Alerts when a key page drops in rankings or loses an AI citation
- No content production. No technical fixes. Reports only.
AI Search Active
$1,500/month
3 month minimum. Content + technical work included.
- Everything in AI Search Monitoring
- 2 to 4 pieces of answer-engine-optimized content per month (Q&A, entity-rich, schema-backed)
- Technical AEO and SEO fixes: schema updates, internal linking, page structure
- Quarterly strategy review: shift focus as search behavior shifts
- Direct access to the team on Slack or email during business hours
- Ian approves every piece of content and every technical change before it ships
How it works
Four steps, then we are off.
Free scorecard
Submit your URL. You get letter grades on SEO, AEO, CRO, speed, accessibility, and security within 48 hours. This determines whether the monthly tier is even the right starting point, or whether a one-time audit or project is a better fit.
Baseline week
We connect to your Google Search Console and GA4 (read-only). We run a baseline capture of AI citations across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. This is your starting line. Everything we report in month 2 is measured against it.
Weekly monitoring, monthly digest
Every week we review movement. Once a month you get a one-page digest: what changed, what we did (Active only), what is at risk, what to do next. No filler. No screenshots of Google Analytics. Just the facts.
Quarterly review
Every three months we meet for 30 minutes. We review the trend line, decide what to double down on, and adjust the content calendar (Active) or reporting focus (Monitoring). No quarterly meeting padding. Just a short recalibration.
FAQ
Common questions.
Is this SEO or AEO?
Both. Operationally they are the same craft applied to two surfaces. Google ranks you on content quality, structured data, and authority. ChatGPT and Perplexity cite you on the same signals. We work both tracks as one service. Splitting them is marketing theatre.
How is this different from a one-time audit?
An audit is a photo. This is the video. A one-time audit tells you what is broken today. A monthly engagement keeps you visible as the landscape changes, as competitors publish, and as Google and AI engines update their ranking logic.
Why $500 vs $1,500?
Monitoring at $500 tells you what is happening and what needs attention. You or your team do the work. Active at $1,500 adds the actual doing: monthly content, technical fixes, schema work. Most businesses start with Monitoring, move to Active once they see what the gaps are.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Three months. AI search changes slowly enough that a single month is not long enough to see real movement, but fast enough that waiting six months to start is expensive.
What if I already have an SEO agency?
Tell us before signing up. If your existing agency covers AEO well, you may not need this. If they do not (most do not yet), we can work alongside them or replace them. We will say so honestly.
